PAPER SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
The chair of your session is responsible for the session organization and the revision of your paper, to be published in the 14th Docomomo International Conference Proceedings.
According to the following information, your full paper must be submitted in your ExOrdo personal area no later than 14 February 2016, with all the documents listed below, together with your registration/payment for the Conference.
Please note that chair review comments will be returned no later than 13 March 2016. Once you have received the chair review comments, you will have until 17 April 2016 to submit your final paper.
.14 February 2016: Authors must submit the full paper in the Ex Ordo platform, through the upload of the documents listed below.
.13 March 2016: Paper revisions from the Session Chairs will be sent to the authors.
.17 April 2016: The final version of the papers must be sent by the Session Chairs (properly reviewed and with the final approval) to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Documents to submit before 14 February 2016
1. Full written paper (.docx), written in accordance with the “Word Template for Paper Submission".
1.1. Full paper (12.000 characters).
1.2. An abstract of your contribution (2.000 characters).
1.2. A short biography (1.000 characters).
1.3. Captions of each image and/or illustration. Credits for each image and/or illustration: all should be free of copyrights.
2. A personal photo (headshot).
3. Submission of up to 4 reference images and/or illustrations: 300 dpi with 10x15cm format (.tiff).
4. Copyright License Agreement (.pdf).
5. Paper presentation (.ppt/.pdf) - you will have until 17 April to submit this file.
All the authors (including co-authors and authors of papers accepted only for publication) must do their registration/payment at the conference before 14 February. Please note that the paper upload must be done after the registration/payment. After 14 February the ExOrdo platform won't allow any other upload.
If the author does not fulfil the schedule and these guidelines, the paper won't be presented neither published in the Proceedings.
Each speaker are expected to pursue their own institutional or other support to register, and for travel and accommodation.
